When it comes to purchase of a checked luggage, everything works well until the inserting billing details. There is no option to select billing address outside of the USA, even for international flights, and due to that reason it is not possible to purchase luggage addition. I don't understand if this is mistake of incompetent programmer, or made on purpose that foreigners pay more at the airport. Outside of that, I find United very good and more fair in prices than European companies.

The boarding passes magically dissapear from the app in case a gate for the flight is changed. In other words, the only safe way to travel is to have your boarding passees printed out. The customer support one can reach out via app does not respond to any inquiries or requests for assistance.
