the product is fantastic, amazing, a total game changer....so to have the app ruin the experience is that much more disappointing. worked fine for awhile, then out of nowhere I'm roasting like a pig in the middle of the night. all my schedules are gone, and I can't save new ones. some little gremlin now controls the device and randomly runs it when they please at any temperature but the one I want. 2pm on a summer Sunday? 110° why not

It's always getting unsynched with my devices and now it doesn't even let me switch between my two devices - it just spins. For how much I paid for the Ooler, it's incredibly disappointing that it can't keep a schedule consistently update: now I can't even get to the schedules, gives me a network error every time. I can still control the device over BT, but have to manually manage it when I'm using it - and it still turns on randomly since it must have it's own internal schedule as well.

I'll update later if it improves. The device is great. I love getting into a cold bed. The app however is a different story. The schedules flat out don't work. It'll turn off in the morning when I set it to but won't turn on automatically before bed. On the rare chance it does turn on, it doesn't set to the specified temperature. Also, half the time the app can't connect to the device at all, so I end up going into the bedroom and turning it on manually. I hope the app improves.
