They've somehow managed the impossible and actually made things worse. I tried to connect my watch to my new phone and was met with a message saying it was no longer supported (S3 Frontier). Well, since they force you to disconnect from the old device and delete all of your data in order to pair the watch with a new one, and my old phone is broken, I now own a fancy paper weight that doesn't even function as a normal watch anymore. Thanks Samsung. The future looks great.

So now, the Buds controls are accessed via phone Settings, and not the wear app anymore. So if you put the buds on and it connects to another of your devices, say a tablet , and not the phone in your hand, tough luck. You can't switch or have them reconnect because it won't show up in the settings of device in your hand. Another 'improvement' nobody asked for.

about to return the Galaxy buds 4 pro. they can connect to phone, but do not show a settings option for headphones and when pairing to this app, it crashes and can't be opened again, until data is wiped, and same problem occurs. i bought these expecting to controlling settings and eq, not be forced into default, and this app should work. get a grip samsung, don't be lazy just because you've become a big name.
