first of all, the overall app experience is sub par. there are 100 better alternatives. Secondly, they got deceiving sales people and poor customer support, you'll be told the fee is one time but they would have sent an Autopay request. your amount will keep getting debited until you notice it..

Hi, we regret your experience. Auto-renewal information is shared during purchase and can be cancelled anytime from the app or by disabling auto-pay with your bank. I haven't gotten the paid version of this app yet because I don't see any reason to get it. So far, I've been recommended very few local profiles, and the app hasn't mentioned any other benefits of purchasing the paid version. So, I don't see any reason to subscribe.However, I hope the app gives me valid reasons to subscribe and insists on showing local profiles. I've been using it for 3 months now and I'm still disappointed with the app.

I have been using this app for the past year and my experience has been disappointing. Although it is advertised as free, important features like sharing contact details require a paid subscription. Whenever I received a match, they would ask for my number, but the app blocks this unless you subscribe. After payment, many profiles stopped responding. This pattern raises serious concerns about transparency and misleading practices. Users should be cautious before subscribing

Hi, Regret your experience. Jeevansathi offers both free & paid features; contact sharing is included in paid plans as outlined. Free members can send interests & message after acceptance, but sharing numbers/emails in chat is restricted. Responses depend on mutual interest; we don't control it.
