I can't see one day ago emails on my phone or tablets. I can see a few hours of today's an then suddenly only emails from several days ago. I sell things on Ebay and Etsy. I have missed notifications of things selling because of this flawed system. I can only see all of my emails on my desktop computer! I only turn that on if I have a reason. So I have gotten in trouble for delayed shipping. NO. I'm no longer happy. I've used Yahoo Mail for about 15 years. This issue is very recent. R. F-M

While I've had a Yahoo email acct. for decades and they've always been reliable with sending/receiving emails, etc., I really REALLY wished they wouldn't have changed the UX on the android app!! It's gotten much more confusing, they added many more clicks to get to what you're looking for, they now automatically hide emails as a "convenience", etc., etc., making it extremely frustrating, especially since it was really well made & intuitive BEFORE they started tinkering with it recently!! 🤬

The app is constantly changing and when it does there are new bugs and glitches. I don't like having some AI system automatically "sort" my inbox. There are times I can't find important emails and when I tried to send an important attachment of a document recently, it said it "failed" and yet attempted to send it again over 1000 times because I tried to cancel it and access the previous thread of the conversation. It was regarding a contract. I have used yahoo for decades and you have ruined it.

Friendly reminder to always check your Settings. Yes, we introduced Inbox Categories to help organize your emails better, but we also understand that not everyone would need or want, therefore, you can disable it under your Settings and go back to having just one Inbox.
