I learned after LITB sent me the wrong color item, I had to pay the shipping fee to return the incorrect item, which could be from $20-$40; and something about it going to Asia and then they needed to inspect the item before issuing a full refund; being a 2-month process. I was disappointed because it wasn't my mistake, it was theirs. So in my opinion, I feel this company makes the customer pay for LITB mistakes. I'm closing my account. I got a 60% refund.

The site has alot of interesting and unique items. The flash sales have really great pricing. However the processing and shipping times are very slow. For the amount charged for shipping, it needs to be greatly improved. Also the tracking leaves a lot to be desired. Sizing for clothing is completely off. I ordered 2 sizes up and the pants are still way too tight in the waist as well as too short. Non clothing items have proven to be adequate. I will watch for flash sales on non clothes items.

prices are fair, but still haven't received product (they even gave a 10 day window) and tracking packages is a nightmare. the tracking page has listed tracking error (supposedly temporary) from the momment I ordered. what tracking it shows says that carrier is delivering it urgently, even though it was supposedly delivering it 2 days ago. I will wait a little longer, but I think trying elsewhere may be better for me and anyone else that wants honest accurate service.
