App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

a few days ago my google devices started dropping off, by that I mean they no longer respond, can't reboot, can't connect. I've done all the trouble shooting and all I have to show for it is three mini speakers and a wifi point that don't work anymore. What is wrong with you Google? only my main router and Google home screen device work, everything else is a brick with NO support! This is beyond disappointing Google.

Absolute garbage anymore. The past few months have been horrible. Nest devices, Google speaker devices, Gemini, all of it. Absolutely useless garbage. Simple commands and routines no longer work, it regularly tells me it can't do something it's done for years, and now it's changing my thermostat in dangerous ways. Never been an issue until a few months ago when literally every Google product I own started rapidly deteriorating on the software side. I'm done with Google.
