Actually liking this concept a lot. Can't say about how it is long term, but the spacing of the boxes feels good for circling back on learned words. I exclusively use the "type it" game when I'm repeating and kinda wish there was an option which just assumes this. Forcing me to type(I say it too) I feel is optimal for proving you know the word. However, I love all of the games during Learning mode.

I like this app but when you try to limit cards in the "game" setting it only changes for "learn" instead. You get through "learn" mode ONCE then you are stuck with "review" or "game" that runs through EVERY card in that category. I emailed customer support asking if limiting cards in other modes might be possible in a future update. 'They said their users like it, what's wrong with it.' I can't go through 500 cards at once and would like short games. Their response, 'don't understand.'

Thank you for your feedback. As we mentioned in reply, "Review" mode for reviewing words in category, it’s not clear how we could limit the words' number. For drilling words, our app offers "One Game" mode. If you’d like to use the app differently, please let us know. We haven’t received a reply from you yet.

I would definitely recommend. I have been using this app for Spanish and I love that I can create my own categories for the words. The spaced repetition makes the words stick much longer in my memory and brings up the words I struggle to remember for more frequent review. Also, the ads are minimal, just a banner at the bottom of the screen which means you can study uninterrupted. There's also an option to add multiple languages at once but I haven't tried that yet.
