I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

The changes to the UI for sitter profiles are stupid and had no value. Unnecessary UI changes like that should be outlawed. Beyond that... The customer should not be charged a higher price than I set. All fees should come directly from my prices, and nothing should be added on. I literally adjusted my prices to account for your fees, and now, y'all are adding $3 on to what the customers see. That's not ok, and I'm about to start listing my direct contact info on my profile to bypass your app.

A great way to connect with clients! Easy to detail your services, and being able to stay in contact with past/potential clients. I have come across some people who never replied after they initially made the first contact with me. I talked about meeting up, so it would be nice if they had a few notifications on their end, reminding them that they contacted a sitter they were requesting.
