This app always restricts you after creating your account, and there'll be no customer care available for you to contact. Neither will they lift the restrictions for you after going through their required process. Meanwhile they'll be advertising to attract people to shop there. A very poor experience.

downloaded this app today and I'm already regretting it. everything is written in Chinese and I've been trying to use email, number and everything and yet I can't get an account I even got alipay. at least things should be written in English it's frustrating honestly. I've been frustrated since afternoon. it's really annoying u people should do something about that this app really stressed me omo I've given up
