I’ve had nothing but issues with the BrightWay card. From unexplained declines and constant fraud freezes to a mobile app that rarely lets me log in, it’s been incredibly frustrating. Adding the card to Google Pay and other pay apps is nearly impossible, and getting a simple PIN takes forever because they won’t provide it over the phone. Customer service hold times are long and rarely helpful. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

it's ok, not horrible but could be much better. Everything works most of the time but it has some problems with reliably navigating around the app. doesn't work well with my phone or something (pixel 10 pro xl) or my past Pixel either. no ability to use the navigation buttons (back, home, ect) so when I'm ready to close I always have to bring up my apps navigator and swipe to close it.

STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHTWAY!!!! I called in to cancel my account because of the annual fee as I had rebuilt my credit and was getting cards with no fees. I was told about a Plus version of their card with higher limits and no AF. Just pay 24 consecutive payments and you get the card. I just called in to see where I was and I am at 21 payments, but the operator informed me that, after 2 more $65 AF payments (1 made on the first call and another made in January) that they don't have the Plus program.
