You can begin your journey with an assessment that helps us understand you better. Discover a specialised mental health course based on your need. Each course has different tools designed to help you manage your sleep, and anger, tackle stress, overcome depression, beat anxiety, journal your thoughts, practice meditation and care for yourself, and feel calm.

Keeping the InnerHour spirit alive, we can help you make feeling calm a habit with 500+ self care, mindfulness, and meditation activities - such as affirmations, guided journals and anxiety relief meditation audios.

Muy buena app, se nota que se ha hecho con mucha dedicación. Es simple y cálida, lo que te incentiva a seguir usándola. Me encanta especialmente los artículos informativos. Me gustaría poder ingresar mí estado de ánimo en diferentes partes del día (mañana, tarde, noche) ya que suele variar bastante. No estoy segura si puedo añadir metas personalizadas.

Pues parece gracioso, pero descargué la aplicación porque tengo problemas importantes de ansiedad, y yo hablo inglés, pero me causa ansiedad leer en inglés; hacer un tratamiento para la ansiedad, mientras tengo que leerlo en inglés... Me da más ansiedad no poderlo cambiar a español. Sería estupendo si agregaran más idiomas, incluyendo el español. A menos que esta función esté disponible, no podría decir si la app funciona o no, porque no podría probarla. Espero que lo puedan solucionar. Gracias.

Encuentro esta app muy útil para mis problemas de sueño y ansiedad. He dormido mejor de lo que he dormido en meses y ya no tengo tantos ataques de pánico. Agradezco mucho a las personas que hicieron esta app, me sirve mucho para mi salud mental y física. En verdad se merecen las 5 estrellas. Ah, quería agregar que el bot es de gran ayuda con los minis ejercicios que te da para hacer, así que si no tenés muchas ganas de hacer un plan largo, consultas con el bot.
