Non compare su kiwi. Il mio volo è stato cancellato e kiwi, oltre a negare spudoratamente che effettivamente il volo fosse stato cancellato nonostante fosse scritto grande come una casa sul sito Ryanair, non ha offerto alcun tipo di assistenza. Le alternative di volo richiedevano un pagamento di più di 600 euro e per il rimborso ti forniscono delle credenziali inesistenti per accedere a ryanair che non ti permettono di richiederlo. TERRIBILI

Pessimo servizio. Ti fanno pagare senza aver bloccato i biglietti e ti arriva una mail con la quale ti dicono che serviranno fino a 24 ore per la conferma dei biglietti e tu, nel mentre, non puoi aver certezza di salire su quel volo, non puoi acquistare il ritorno etc etc. Puoi rivolgerti al helpdesk (operatore virtuale) ma non è possibile parlare con un operatore vero. Pessimo servizio perché alla fine potresti scoprire che il volo non è stato acquistato e saresti costretto a pagare di più.

peggiore esperienza di volo della mia vita. non prenotate mai attraverso siti di terze parti, soprattutto questo. ho dovuto comprare un nuovo biglietto e il bagaglio da stiva dato che la precedente prenotazione effettuata con questa compagnia era incompleta. servizio clienti irraggiungibile gli ultimi giorni di viaggio. pessimo servizio e pessima esperienza veramente NON PRENOTATE MAI CON LORO anche se vi costa un po di meno non ne vale la pena
