おすすめしません！！！！！利用する際はお気をつけくださいアプリは知りませんが、事前に追加していたオプションが、航空会社に支払いがされていないとのことで適用されず、kiwiと航空会社に二重払いすることになりました。返金依頼をしていますが、kiwiは航空会社に支払い済との一点張りで、こちらに返金はしないそうです。では航空会社に支払済の旨を話して、二重払いになっている事実を伝え、返金の交渉をしてほしいと伝えましたが、やりとりも一切してくれていません。さらに同時に手配した便は、欠航になっていたのに連絡も無しでした。プレミアムサービスに入りましたが、電話は日本語対応は0~8時まで、国際電話も保留が長く伝わりません。対応は基本日本語が母国語ではない方で、コミュニケーションもうまく取れません。二度と利用しません。みなさんも気を付けてください。

アプリはともかく、こちらの会社の返金対応は、日本の航空会社では考えられないような（悪い）対応です。まず、問い合わせの際は英語が必須です。非常に微々たる返金額の理由を聞いても「すみません、でも正確な額を返金しました。代理店なので手数料を頂きました。」との回答でした。普通に使う分には安くて良いかもしれません。しかし、欠航やキャンセル等になった場合は、「非常に多くの額」を手数料としてKIWIが持っていき、悔しい思いをします。これをみている日本の方には、そうしたリスクを理解した上で利用していただきたいです。（他の方の、アプリの評価1の理由は、だいたいトラブル対応です）

アプリ自体は見やすいが、この会社は当てにならない。出発直前に乗継便がキャンセルになり、何度もメールで問い合わせたが、毎度担当者が代わり、毎度毎度航空会社問い合わせしており回答待ちです、との回答。なにもサポートしてくれません。乗継時間も極端に短かったり等、よく検討してから予約したほうが良い。結局この会社は何も解決してくれず、他航空券も自分でリコンファーム、乗継便も現地空港にて自分で変更してもらいました。もう二度と使いません。
