아무리 싸다고 해도 그냥 안쓰시는 게 속편합니다. 다른 분들 후기보면 불가피하게 예약 취소하려고 하니 현금이 아니라 크레딧을 환불해준다 하질 않나.. 저희한테는 있지도 않은 위탁 수하물 서비스를 판매하더니 나중에 따지니까 정책상 환불이 불가하답니다. 사기꾼들이에요 그냥 쓰지 마시길.

최악의 여행사. 여기서 아무리 저렴해도 절대로 예약하지 말길 바람. 여행이 취소되어서 여행 가기 한 달 전에 환불 요청을 했는데 묵묵무답. 2달이 지나서야 물어보니 AI가 그냥 같은 말만 반복. 항공사에 요청했는데 답변 기다리고 있다. 몇 번 뭐라고 했더니 이제야 일하기 시작했는지 이틀 뒤에 환불 불가하다는 안내. 이유는 따로 안내없고 그냥 항공사가 안해준다고 했다고 함. 인터넷 후기 찾아보니까 키위 이런 선례 너무 많아서 피해자 속출. 항공사에 직접 연락해서 알아보는 중임. 진짜 그 때 급해서 어쩔 수 없이 되는 곳 했는데 백번 후회한다. 싼 게 비지떡이라는 말이 괜히 있는 게 아님. 운영 뭐 같고 홈페이지도 뭐 같고 절대 이용하지 말아야 함. 이런 곳들은 그냥 빨리 서비스 종료해주는 게 소비자들한테 좋을듯.

비회원으로 예약을햇는데 확정메일은 왔고 예약번호도 보내줬는데 이걸 어디서 조회할수있는거임? 아니 예약은 받아놓고 항공권 예약사이트가 가지고 있어야하는 기본적인 인터페이스가 안구쳐져있는 사이트네. 비회원 예약자는 예약 조회를 어디서 하라는거야??
