2 months without any refunds back.....Looks like working one person Nathan X who don't want help at all, asking about his manager contacts, he just stop conversation, not giving any information, about possible refunds, just pushing for violantary cancelin to keep you without money and tickets.

Avoid app Kiwi — extremely unreliable service. Because my registration wasn’t completed, they cancelled my reservation and never refunded the money. This company cannot be trusted. Buy your flights! elsewhere. Never again.
