Tello took payment, but did not activate my plan due to some automated check. I received a text saying my plan was active when I installed the esim, but data didn't work. After struggling, I had to email support who informed me my account was suspended by their automated check. To their credit, they did refund my payment. If they indicated immediately that my plan was not activated, I would not bother leaving this negative review. Hope they use this feedback to improve their user experience.
