The app does not work when I’m not connected to my home Wi-Fi. It works fine on iOS, and it was working before April 2025. I am not using a VPN, but I am on Android with my location settings different from my current location. Could this be a bug introduced since the location checks were changed in April last year?

I’m experiencing an issue with the IKEA Home Smart app. When I open the app, I receive the following message: “Sorry, that didn’t go as planned. We couldn’t download the page. Make sure your phone has an internet connection and try again.” My internet connection is working fine, but the app still doesn’t load. I’ve tried restarting the app and my phone, but the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this?
