their connection is fast. but please be careful not to be deceived by their customer service staffs. I have suffered every time for every subscription. they subscribe you to services you may not have requested. and later u find out that u were made to sign a lot of unwanted pages of a contract. regularly check the billings. and carefully subscribe to any service. its not ones or twice, happening for years. so careful guyz. good luck

What's New!! Unauthorized Charges, Zero Support, and a Broken App — A Serious Warning AED 383.50 charged without consent via KidZomic Daily & beneFIT over 2 months. These subscriptions are invisible in the app — you cannot cancel what you cannot see. Chatbot redirected me to "Buy new service" when I reported fraud. No billing dispute or cancellation option exists anywhere in the app. Unfair deductions from hard earned money, Jan bill AED 363 instead of AED 150. Escalating to TDRA if unresolved.

Great App! The Etisalat app is very easy to use and makes managing my mobile services simple and fast. I can recharge, check my balance, and pay bills anytime without any hassle. The design is clean and smooth. Totally satisfied with the service!
