Useful. But some features are odd or weirdly placed. The prompts are at the end section of trying to send your fox on a daily adventure, when really they would be better off8 either stood alone or at the end. Also really would prefer if the adventures lasted only a few hours instead of most of the day. Things change more rapidly for some of us. I find myself writing about things that have mostly moved on sometimes, which I find unhelpful, especially since I struggle with rumination anyway.

To be completely honest, I tried the free trial, forgot about canceling it, deleted the app after 3 days and it charged me for a year. About 2 weeks later I realized, Christmas time is hectic with 4 kids, then thought, I might as well give it a better try. Use it every day since. Wish there was "more to do" besides Journaling. Keep up the good work.

Where has this app been all my life? I've struggled to journal consistently for many years, but with this app I'm finally journaling daily. Not just journaling, but the structure of the app and the way it coaches me through my emotions is the huge step I needed to make progress with my mental health. I've tried so many other tools and apps over the years, but this one has been the most effective for me. It may not be as good of a fit for you, but it's worth a shot.
