The app has not been working and crashing since yeterday. I sent an email and got no response. I lost two days of trading due to this technical failure. Very disappointing.

The app is unclear compared to other securities platforms I use. I also tried resetting my password, but I did not receive the password-reset email.

App is very basic, should include all the options like register through app, chat with support team. There is no information how to register and when I call dedicated customer care, no response.
