Shoe Palace

App is a scam. I ordered sneakers 2 weeks ago, and recieved a confirmation email of my order and also a FedEx tracking number. 2 emails were sent asking for an order update with no response. Phone number was called at 11:30am and the automated system tells me I called outside of business hours which are M-F 9am-5pm. Even tried to re-login to the app and was told I do not have an account. Credit card company was contacted and a charge back has been initiated. Don't waste your time. Complete trash

I love the shoe selection and they did ship it fairly fast. But unfortunately they gave mismatched shoes. 2 different shoes were in one of my shoe boxes. I'm paying over $200 I'm excited when it was delivered. I open the box, I try on one of the shoes, it exactly what I wanted, I take the other pair and it was a totally different shoe. Mismatch..very disappointed..I emailed them twice with no reply. I am not going to pay shipping for there mistake.

They cancelled 2 items from my order without providing any reason why and when i contacted the customer service and asked what happened, I didn't get any response from them! SMH What kind of store us this??
