When switching UTrip app to SMS to get OTP code, UTrip switch back to login mode, this is not helpful; how are you suppose to retrieve SMS OTP codes or getting my banking app OTP codes ? Should allow to stay in background Need to have a separate limit for pending spent transactions and top up. Some items take too long to clear, as long as 7 days! Not a good business proposition to encourage frequent use of this card. Minor savings if you only allowed $3K spending. Keep your credit cards handy!

Update: Problem solved. Great support. YouTrip app was stuck at loading... My Pixel 7 phone is updated to the latest version with YouTrip app latest version as well. Contacting support was virtually useless. They would keep asking the same question over and over, then be gone for a few days, without actually trying to help. It has been roughly a week now. They do not seem to care. Very bad service and support when problem arises. I would not recommend using it with an important trip.

I cannot access my credit card details due to a persistent server error. I reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful. They claimed it’s a known issue and advised me to use Wi-Fi instead of 5G. The problem is, every other app on my phone works perfectly, yet this issue still hasn’t been resolved. The technical team has been completely ineffective, and it’s frustrating.
