I do love the store, but the app needs serious work. I have had so many issues. in the past, it would show OTHER peoples' accounts (only names, points, etc) in the top banner instead of mine. everytime I refreshed, it was a new one. It will crash on me, log me out mid-use of the app, make me re-login several times, experience various errors that prompt messages, etc. I will continue shopping with them, but the app is poor. I will start tracking my points in case they don't add up correctly.

I am always having to reset my password because it "expired". I just reset my password 2 weeks ago, tried to login and it said my password expired again. So I'm trying to reset it so I can make a purchase, but the email still hasn't come through. Also, app is buggy when something may or may not be out of stock - I say that because sometimes I can add the item that's in stock, sometimes (most times) I can't. It pulls an error message.

I LOVE this store! It can be difficult to grab a particular shirt or pants because it's so popular it sells fast, but most times, it will restock. I've used this app almost every day for awhile now and one thing I wish the app had was a favorites bin or something so I don't have to locate an item again. I can save some stuff to buy later when I get paid, cause I live paycheck to paycheck. Klarna splits my payments which is why I order at least once a month. I'm a VIP until 2028 Or close to it.
