I can't fault All Accor in any way. I've been using their hotels for a while, from 3 stars to 5 stars and customer service is always top notch. I've been most impressed recently about their response to bookings affected by the middle east crisis which other brands haven't shown. Most importantly is the little extra service i.e complimentary drinks gor choosing to stay with them. I always look forward to this and there is always an hotel option within the brand that fits everyone's budget.

i have given you guys chances once when i reported that ur system doesnt auto add our points when we dine at ur resturants back earlier this year. when you guys refubded the points back, it was made a promise that u will fix the issue. now it has happened again. 1 months apart. whoever wants to use accor. take note that the system does bot update your points when you dine out of stay. poor customer service poor app

This app is atrocious. It is stuck im my classic profile. I cannot use it for my accor plus membership. I call your team and they cannot rectify it. They say just use the web login. Thats the best your IT team can do. You should also always send out the members card.
