for short teips, same line, it's great! just remember default is one-way. if you want to travel from small station to another part of the country, you need to create your own plan or it tells you nothing is pissible. example Durand, MI to Denver, CO. you have to know to book multi train Durand to Chicago to Denver. the app say no trains available 😞 i enjoy traveling by train. i just have to work out the schedule myself. notifications and ticketing are very reliable.

App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

It's a good app overall. One of the annoying aspects of the app is that, even when I am logged in and have an active or upcoming trip, it will claim that I have no such trips. I have to enter the reservation number (which is not easy to memorize) and my last name and it will then bring up the upcoming trip and a QR code for a ticket agent to scan. Then the app will quickly forget about my trip and I have to re-enter the reservation information all over again. Super troublesome when boarding.
