useless app! worst I've ever used. needed to move just the date of my booking. and they need you to book again for the correct date, pay the amount again and then give it to them. the app is a trap once you make a booking. it's supposed to offer leisure activities and recreation fun events, but the app gives you stress. they make you book, once you fall for it, you can't get refund, can't change dates, can't do anything. and the support is slow, only to come back and say sorry can't help you

The app glitched before the payment page and changed the date, the customer support accepted it and did absolutely nothing about it. It's a booking app which keeps glitching and changing the date on its own, plus the customer support is a joke. Your query will be unresolved and they'll close the chat whenever they feel like so you have to keep starting a new chat and explaining the issue to 5 different people before they dismiss you by closing the chat whenever they feel like.

Worst booking experience ever. The app shows misleading timing for late night shows. I booked "Dhurandar" for 19th March 11:59 PM, but the ticket was actually for 18th March 11:59 PM, and this was NOT clearly mentioned anywhere in the confirmation. I only realized this when I received a feedback notification for a movie I had not even attended yet. Because of this mistake, I had to rebook tickets at almost double the price, and my previous amount was completely wasted. Highly not recommended.
