My only complaints are you can't leave a note for the employees with specifics about your order. They have no way of knowing you don't want pickles on your burger or a drink without ice. This is a basic feature that should've been there since the beginning. There is also no integrated way to reach out to the BK team with comments, issues, or suggestions, leaving you no choice but to use the Google Play store, where your feedback drowns in an ocean of unmoderated notes made by literal human bots.

Love the APP, But a bit Slow . I truly wish they would let us know before ordering when certain foods are not available!!! Especially the Ice cream is Almost Never Available in All these BK restaurants, Your Ice cream Machines Sucks!!!!!! it Never is working!!!!!! But for now the APP is alright 👍🏽

Since the last update the app doesn't work , I can't order anything. I would beging my order , chose what I want and then when it came time to check out it would erase my order and tell me to try again, then it wouldn't even let me begin the order and now it won't let me use the coupon for the order. I've used this app before many times and it used to be great, they also remove ginger ale from the option of drinks in the app eve do the store has it as an option
