Terrible Customer Service!! I am beyond pissed at this point. I have contacted them in the app trying to figure out if a subscription had been canceled due to not getting any confirmation email and only get told HOW TO CANCEL even though I have explained countless times that it provides error messages back. I email them and get told to contact them in the app. I wish I never paid for a trial deal because it wasn't worth it.

Not economically feasible! These book apps are ridiculous. If they would charge a reasonable rate to read the full book they would probably make more money. I refuse to pay for a book by chapter. Chapters are often only 2-4 pages and most books have hundreds of chapter. You can read a few chapters daily by watching ads but it can be very frustrating. If you pay to read, you would have to pay well over $100 for one book. The subscription DO NOT give you unlimited reading so they are USELESS!!!

I found a few stories I was interested in. read about 7 maybe 8 chapters then hit the point where I needed to watch ads or pay to continue reading. So I clicked the watch ad link and it loaded about 75% then went back to the original screen. No ad, no reward, nothing. I tried resetting my internet several times, tried going into the rewards menu and watching ads there. Nothing. Went to the help section and asked why the ads will not load. I was told, ads are random and not for everyone.
