App used to be nice. Now it won't even open. All i get is a green screen. I've uninstalled & reinstalled several times and it's the same thing. When I minimize my open apps I see the "start order" button, but when I click on the app to actually enlarge & open it...nothing but a green screen. Food is good! The app is now terrible.

I can go on the web & buy as a guest. On the app, I must be a signed in member. And it doesn't even allow me to select a store unless I sign in. Love the food. Loved being able to order as a guest. Hate your app. Apps are suppose to make things easier, not hard. Many apps still allow you to order as a guest. And they at least allow you to select a store.

Thanks for your feedback! Guest checkout is now available via the new Chopt app, so you don't need to create an account or sign-in to order if you'd prefer not to. No option to order now. Walked in the store after 30 minutes, and told them that a had placed a mobile order that would not be ready for another 30 minutes. Had to wait longer than a typical customer because the worker placed my receipt at the end of the line. Terrible design, and app is not straight forward for an off the menu option
