The technical issue is back!! Frustrating Horrible app for the week. Digital token kept missing and prompted corrupted. Did so many times of uninstall and reinstall leads to time wasted and work inefficient. Super inconvenience and frustration to the user. Called the hotline and they told me to do the same steps and said no choice.

i have to re- register my device as new device for use for digital token so many times, even calling the customer service, still same process. Worse today, it simply says user not registered for push authentication & now i am stuck not able to do anything. it was a breeze last time. but lately it seems as if DBS has its whole IT / app support team change that it simply could not seem to resolve such critical fundamental issue...

Even in Singapore, the app somehow does not work properly and I have to delete and reinstalled the app again for me to access it. Somehow the recent updates must have some bugs that caused multiple issues. 13/3 now I cannot even generate an OTP from the app for desk top in. Getting from bad to worst.
