Now, we are having issues with the bed saying that we are away! So, either it never turns on or stays at one temperature all night, not matching up to the corresponding stage you are in. I froze last night and then I cooked this morning. Such miserable sleep last night! I will never buy anything again where an app is needed to control the product. This one is extremely frustrating to use for a myriad of reasons! UPDATE: New Celsius is miserable. Waking freezing or boiling, no middle ground!

Alarm notifications silence/dismiss do not seem to bypass do-not-disturb, even though it is set to allow on my phone. Also, it is silly that there are no local integrations with Home Assistant or Google Home, and that if my Wi-Fi cuts out, I lose control of the bed. That last part is not justifiable. I'm also finding so many lazy UI designs, like that it says I can double-tap to dismiss the alarm: 1. I have the pod 5, buttons, no tap zone. 2. It's currently set to snooze,non adjustable duration

This app works like trash. It's crazy that you can spend so much money on a bed topper but the app can barely function. We've had our bed for about 4 years now and truthfully have loved it. However, within the past year or so the app has quit working and constantly disconnects. I wish I could recommend it to others but the app kind of ruins it.
