Ive played this game off and on for years and really liked it. This morning, however: I logged in and my entire game progress was erased for no reason. All of my shoeboxes, special pieces, turnips, gems. Everything. Just GONE. I don't know if there was a glitch or this has happened to someone else, but, this is something that needs to be fixed before it happens to someone else.

Do not EVER uninstall unless you want to lose everything. I've been playing for almost a year, and then all of a sudden couldn't watch ads during the events for boosts or to gain seeds. Did all the basic troubleshooting, which finally left me to uninstall, and reinstall the game. Now I've lost ALL my progress (was at Level 47), and the money, and time I spent is gone. So unbelievably disappointed.

This is a cute, easy game that I started playing 5 or 6 years ago. Now, there is a serious problem with glitches, so I am lowering the rating to one star. In order to make decent progress in this game, you need to watch A LOT of ads, which is perfectly fine with me. But, for the past month, the ads won't appear. If by chance ads do finally appear, it's always the same lame Chase Bank ad, in Spanish!! WTH??
