The app just plain does not work very well, for example you cannot reliably select anything that you want to watch as it seems to want to select a menu item instead of what is highlighted. Program information is truncated with elipses but with no way to expand the text. Pressing back takes you to the top of the list rather than the previous position. The UI does Gagaoolala a disservice.

while using on the fire stick you have to select the subtitle every time. there's no way to select it and be good from now on. on the Onna device you will select a title and it will just loop back to where you were.you can only watch one episode if you want to watch too you have to force close the app and restart it.by not fixing these issues you're telling your customers you don't care about themand you're happy with them using crapay applications.and we pay money for this

UPDATE 11/25: the app now displays the wrong language when I log in. this is in addition to the strobe flickering of the screen when I highlight a show and the screen then goes black and I have to go back to the main screen to be able to see anything. surprised and disappointed this is not been fixed in 4 months.
