it's a good game, but between the trading bugs(i traded important pics for a crucial player, i lost the pics and didnt receive the player, multiple times) and the fact that the ai is so overpowered it's impossible to be successfull as a free player. unless you spend money your team will never get higher than maybe 84 overall. the cap doesn't go up like it's supposed to, another bug. if they ever decide to fix these bugs, and make it fair it'd be perfect.

Second Update. I have put hundreds of hours in. Its no longer the game it started out as, as it still has a little things missing. Have still spent dozens to hundreds of hours on GM3. Its good but with a sharp difficulty curve. Not really necessary to pay, but it does make it fun enough to buy some in app purchases. Even then its like a buck or two total. No reoccurring cost or anything else to buy.

Used to be a good game but they modified it over the years to heavily favor the computer controlled teams. If you have a player on a rookie deal you get a trade value penalty if you try to trade him, but the computer team doesn't. You could trade for a player and their trade value massively drops off a cliff if he's on your team. You used to be able to counter this somewhat by trade difficulty modifier but they took that setting away.
