Thanks Goodwy. Your app nailed it – what it means to be a gallery app without any bloat. Perfect for my needs ✨. EDIT: One suggestion, when video autoplay is enabled, the app should try preloading the first frame of the next video, if any, i.e the video to the left or right when swiping. This may help prevent the visual "glitch" when the video thumbnail switches rapidly to the first video frame as it starts playing.

This is just Fossify Gallery, but slower, and with some features locked behind a paywall. It will fully import a settings file from Fossify, but the paid settings will be changed. I'm all for building on open-source projects, but releasing one wholesale and calling it your own while implementing nothing but cosmetic changes leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is the wrong gallery.

I've had this app installed for years now. It works absolutely fine for my needs and, it has no ads. Yes, that's right, I said no ads. This is because the gallery app I was using before this one actually had the nerve to put ads in it. Ads do NOT belong in a gallery app and, I'm so glad that after all these years, this app is still adless. The only thing I don't like is the fact I can't zoom into gifs. But other than that, this is the best gallery app I've had so far.
