When it works! its amazing! But there have been so many times I go and send money to my family and the app says we need more information like the account number card number etc. i enter it. it loads for a second and still stays on the same page. I actually have to uninstall the app. In order for it to actually send the money no problem. its annoying but eh. The money gets there no problem.

Hi I enjoy what your product does but it is very glitchy. I went to make a new account and I would never be able to finish making my account because it said there was "an issue with server on our own". I had to go your website on my PC to find out the reason was because I was trying to use a password that was over 20 characters. There was no warning telling me I couldn't, only on the browser version. Also why limit it to 20; there can't be a reason to try and save data in place of security.

Closed my account when trying use. I used it once with success. On the second attempt, it stated they needed my ID in which I provided. It then said after review, my account had been closed and and transaction canceled and I would have to go into the store. Whats the purpose of the app if I can't use it! Highly disappointed. There is no customer service either to get more information.

Just find the “Send Again” section, choose who you want to transfer money to, change or confirm the amount and send! In addition, we’ve made improvements to our existing features and products to make your in-app transfers faster, easier and smoother.
