I was told that the card could be used anywhere– physical and online stores, including ATMs, however, this was not true and after 3 times of contacting support, I was told I could only use the card at physcial walmart stores. Tried to repeatedly verify my information, but whenever I did it showed up with the "Limited features" pop-up. Horrible app & cards

been using money card and green dot for years. but I'm going to have to switch because going though walmart has become limited and the app isn't easy to use. so many inconveniences through the money card. and you cant even tap to pay. and in the app to request a new card because the cards they send you break easily isn't easy either. it says go to settings in the app and yet there is no settings tab..

Lazy programming. The old version isn't uninstalled during the update process, which leaves you with two versions. If you open the one you're used to you are in an endless loop of "you need update". Then they couldn't figure out why the update didn't take. Must have used AI..... ☆☆ They also did away with the most useful feature. You can not longer swipe to check balance.. Now you have to login. And get an ad. (Expletive deleted)
