The current WhatAuto system is not saving customer messages. It only records system replies. This is not ideal for record keeping. Both customer messages and system replies should be saved so the spreadsheet reflects the full conversation flow. Secondly, the spreadsheet should display both contact name and phone number. the app is not working for me, I have subscribed but it's not reply any message. I have once used the free membership version and it was working but I don't know why it's not working this time round.
