Exactly what I was looking for! Tracking keeps me disciplined. This is just as good as a paid app I used a few years ago. Several intervals to select from; everything 16 hrs or less is included, advanced (18+) are premium. Edit start and end times. Emojis for a bad, good, or great fast with a place for notes. Minimal notifications. A running status notification that shows how much time is left and what stage (ketosis, autophagy). Doesn't drain my battery. Option to track water & weight.

Ugh, do not like the update version. Why did you take away the food search option as well as macro counting. Probably won't be renewing after this 3 months. Only been on this 1 day, but this app seems to have everything I am looking for in one place. The price for premium is totally reasonable as well. I am really happy that the fasting tracker is actually showing up as a notification on my home screen!

Desperately trying to find a substitute for the best fasting app which was shut down recently. This one is another disappointment in the long list of disappointments. To keep it short, you can't customize the day and time of your fast. Instead, you must follow their templates. One could hope to work it around by editing fast end time, but no chance. Nonsense.
