There is nothing that pisses me off more than false advertising and lost leaders. I buy a ridiculous amount of items through this place and all I ask for is honesty. I've had the app for maybe 2 days only to get a notification from it for a 50% off coupon for Amouage, only to find out of course that it doesn't actually exist. Now I didn't ask for a 50% off coupon...nor did I expect one, but if you're going to advertise something like that you need to live up to your word. Totally ridiculous.

it was fine for about 3 weeks. now all of a sudden, the app literally crashes and gives me an error message the very MOMENT I sign in! I've tried everything to fix it and it hasn't worked. There's no point in having this app if you literally do nothing but give me an error screen the second I sign in. No response from them on social media either when trying to get help for the issue...

Ordered a cologne they had in stock back in early December. They accepted the payment, created the order, shipped the order. Only for the week of delivery, they sent an email stating they're out of stock and cannot fulfill my order and canceled it. No refund. Need I mention I paid EXTRA for 2-day shipping. well over 120 dollars, and I'm calling and emailing and they're hanging up the phone and non responsive to my emails about my refund. Extremely unprofessional, very upsetting. Don't shop here!
