A fun match puzzle game, very entertaining. I wish I could give it more stars but the reward boxes freeze the game making me have to close and reopen repeatedly and I keep losing rewards. I have repeatedly emailed them about this but no reply and it keeps happening. It's ruining the fun and I'm starting to really dislike the game because of this.

The game constantly freezes. It freezes when you earn a reward so you keep playing for the same reward without actually getting it. It freezes in the middle of levels so you can't use the power ups. Also, the design options are ugly. Hideously gaudy designs and lots and lots of shades of brown. Deleting this game now.

Liked the game, but when it updated, it changed. Used to be that the # of plays would increase (3, 6, 9, 12, 15) when you couldn't solve the puzzle. I liked the feature, but now it's gone, & only 3 plays, even after 3 tries. So I un-installed. OTHER: it would get stuck when I won rewards, & I'd have to restart the PHONE to get back into the game - & lose the rewards. Also, I'd clear the board, but it would claim there's one more item to clear (at a level of over 1100). Rating drop from 4.9 to 2

The ability to increase the number of steps is still there, and you can update to the new version to play the game. Can you elaborate on how the freeze occurred? Can you please tell us which level is claimed to have another item that needs to be eliminated? That would help us a lot in fixing this issue, please!
