The latest update has added to the numerous problems that the past few updates caused. When I first started using the app it was very nice. You could arrange the cameras for viewing the way that you preferred. With updates, that option went away. Many people complained to no avail. Now, the newest update has stopped the notifications by email. I depend on these when I'm out of town. When I test the email alerts that once worked seamlessly, I get a 400 error message.

I have no idea what they changed, but the app is basically useless at this point. I constantly get notifications with pictures for movement. However, clicking on the notification leads to the app telling me that it can't connect to the camera. I GOT A NOTIFICATION WITH A SCREENSHOT--CLEARLY IT'S CONNECTED. Reaching out to support just results in a neverending loop of them asking if you've checked a bunch of things that are not the issue. Frustrating.

Great app, however... I would love to have "Time to Stop Tracking" options greater than 60 seconds. Oftentimes an object (person/animal) stands still for longer than 60 seconds and my PTZ camera reverts to it's last location which may put the object out of view and will no longer get recorded, even if it starts moving again. Even better would be the option to keep tracking as long as the object is in view, regardless of its motion.
