Absolutely horrible app. It doesn't sync from website to app or vice versa. Photos can't be seen at a glance. Wouldn't recommend this app. If you're a company think 2x about this app for your employees. I was on-site at a location when I dropped my phone & it broke. I bought a new phone & downloaded the app. To no avail all of my HARD WORK WASN'T SHOWING UP. I googled this company & it states that the information entered is only avail. on the phone you started it on. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!

Form data while you're completing a form is in fact only on the device until one hits the Submit button, which users should be doing after each form is completed or when one gets back to having phone reception if working offline. extremely slow upload speeds. takes ages to get a video to upload to my reports. took nearly 30 minutes to do the last one. and you can't exit app and let it work in background because it stops working if you do. so your phone is useless to you while it's uploading. I'd like for it to at least be able to work in the background so I can do other things while my reports are uploading.

Brandon, sorry you experienced this. Upload speed will depend on your connection quality. Larger videos in a form can take a long time to upload.
