Big disappointment. Videos won't load: "This video is unavailable. Error 15" No help available, either.

Unfortunately I'm giving it a 1 star because this is the third time that I've downloaded and deleted the app. Every time I try to open it up, I automatically get a message that the app has experienced an error please retry, every single time.
