I love Camilla and her attitude towards working out! I can tell the app is still in the development stages, it can be hard to navigate and I don't like having to play videos one at a time. The opening greeting on each video is a bother to skip but a "skip intro" button/automatic skip would be good, especially if you added a "add to que" type option for videos not directly in a series. The filter options are great and easy to use due to minimalism. The workouts are informative. Love your mission!

I'm pleased to see the app has finally come to fruition! Little disappointed by the subscription service in the beginning when you sign up, but I know making an app and distributing it to the masses would cost quite a bit. Other than that, the workouts, educational videos and tips definitely work for me. They're encouraging and insightful, and help to push away the negative habits and thoughts for whatever your goal may be. Free apps don't give the direction/purposeful feeling like this (to me)

Every time I've done a workout before, I've always ended up feeling intimidated and discouraged. But with Mila, I was reminded not to feel guilty about how many activities I could do, and because of that, I ended up completing all three because they matched my energy and didn't make me feel stressed! I think it would be cool in the future if you made short one-minute tutorials breaking down how to do certain excercises because I always worry I'm doing it right. Thank you so much, Camilla.
