I played this game for years while Moonton handled U.S. distribution and invested a lot of time, progress, and money into my account. When Moonton handed U.S. distribution to Skystone, they failed to transfer existing player progress, effectively wiping out years of investment for many players. Both companies now just direct you to a basic customer service form that provides no real help or accountability. Think twice before spending money on this game—your progress and purchases may not be safe

Horrible since the switch from Moonton! I got a new phone and have $$$ and so much time invested in this game and now I have to start over again cause there is no way to login to my account!!! Account management just says cancel account. So my choice is to lose $1300 trade in to keep my account or start from scratch which is bs!

for some dang reason. I've been regin locked from playing on my acc, and for all I know I could have lost all the skins, heros, boarders ect from my acc too, I can't log in. I can't look at anything. it's ridiculous, I've spent thousands of dollars on Moontoons games, and I was probably gonna spend more, but after the servers have been swapped to NA and world servers on their other app I can't play with 90% of my friend's. this app and mobile legends bang bang had so much potential,what a waste.
