I placed an order for four long sleeve t-shirts. Once they arrived, three were fine - comfortable, nice fit, washed/dried well. The fourth, a dark maroon, fit well but the color ran in the wash. MTailor customer service handled it very well. They gave me the option of getting money back or picking out a different color shirt. I chose the latter, which arrived in a relatively quick time and, again, it looks, fits, and feels great. But this time, it also washed just fine.

I was skeptical, but MTailor absolutely delivered! I’m 6'2", 350 lbs with a long torso, thick neck, long arms, and a big waist. Nothing ever fits me "off the rack", it's either too short, tight, or blousy. My MTailor dress shirt fit perfectly in every measurement. I’ve never had a shirt fit so well and I actually teared up! The app was easy, accurate, and fast. I’ve told everyone about it and will definitely order again. MTailor, please make dress shoes next!

Well fitting clothes for people who are willing to pay more. Most of my friends balk at paying more than $35 for a pair of jeans. Personally, having been buying a pair of $90 Luckys a year since 2014, I don't find the cost unreasonable. The material is better, the jeans last years longer, and the fit is more flattering. I (almost) say the same thing for MTailor. I have only been wearing them for a few months now so i can't attest to longevity but they look and feel great.
