I cleared all the content and decided to buy a cosmetic item, but it was never added to my game. A support team member asked me to provide proof with screenshots, which I sent immediately, and I never heard back again. For how aggressive the premium advertising is and how overpriced the items are, I'm shocked the app can just STEAL. Really horrible experience. Edit to respond: Yeah, I bought an item and my game is "lacking" the item I bought. Was this a real question? :|

I love the music, it's very cute! I'm going to leave feedback from my few months playing now. Pets are hard to select on the map, map is difficult to move about, omelettes barely fill the hunger gage and now the purple items are too hard to get. There's nothing to do and no reason to log in, there needs to be new content to play. I feel like the recent changes are making an already struggling game even worse, and more of a grind. I love neopets and want this game to do well.

Awful spawns, playing daily is meaningless. I've been clicking on debris piles for over a week, unable to advance this quest, because I can't find one single pebble. A pebble. I've accepted I'm just never going to be able to complete the neopass weeklies, and this game is as defunct and abandoned as the website is. It's just sad that Neopets keeps demanding your money and subscriptions, and does absolutely nothing with it besides tank their own product. Oh also you can't click anything properly
