One of the worst app I have ever used. Take multiple attempts to login. Placing an order is a challenge as the response is slow. Payment redirection mostly times-out. And even after 10 days of placing my order, my coupons are not added to my digital coupon account. Whenever I called to their help center, there is always this same person who helps me, which means their IT is dependent on this one person who is handling everything. This is not expected from a brand like Nestle. Very disappointing.

Extremely disappointing. signing in is a total nightmare. It feels glitchy and outdated. I wouldn't recommend it until they fix these basic usability issues.

the app very rarely works. You have to log-in every single time and continuously ask the send an OTP (which it won't). I'm in the process of switching to a different company.
